Moniepoint BRM

Moniepoint Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is a designated Moniepoint field agent or representative assigned to help business owners using Moniepoint services, especially the POS terminals.

The role of a BRM is to onboard businesses by helping new business owners register, set up accounts, and get POS terminals. They are also the direct point of contact for resolving issues, upgrading KYC/business levels, or adding registered businesses.

If you want to get a POS today, your BRM will be the one to deliver the POS machine to you. In addition, if you've requested a customer card or card sale, the bulk cards will be delivered by your BRM. In fact, it's your BRM that will recommend your loans and oversee many of your Moniebook services.

In other words, BRM is so important to every business running the Moniepoint business banking. If you're using the platform business banking account, then you will have a BRM and you can only find your BRM under your profile picture next to your KYC level. Just click on it and scroll down to find the Business Relationship Manager section to view their name and contact details.

Moniepoint Business Account Tiers

If you check it and you don't see a BRM, that means you've not been assigned a business relationship manager. This usually happens if your business banking account has not been upgraded to Registered Business on the platform. The moment you upgrade the account above tier 3 and request for a POS device, you will be assigned a BRM.
